Bucolic

Woodland path
I'm spending a week at my Grandfather's house in the countryside, holding the fort whilst my Mum is away. I have lots of good intentions about photographing all sorts of lovely things in exciting new surroundings, and writing engaging and witty posts about them, but we shall see...
My attempts at photography today were somewhat thwarted. Most of my tries for the picture at the top came out more like this:
Woodland path with guilty party
The guilty party clearly visible at the bottom left!
She was very interested in these:
The provocation
(and in the squirrels, but they're impossible to photograph at the best of times, let along when you're having your arm pulled off by excessive enthusiasm at the opposite end of the lead...)
Note to self- walking the dog and taking pictures are not suitable partners for multitasking!

thanks for the comment, well the purling wasn't as much effort as i thought, i have done lots of corrugated rib involving purl, but not to much colour work in only purl. I was terrified about tension issues, but it was fine. I'll try and post a video some time - but I purl 'weird' anyway.

That does look very bucolic indeed. Dogs, sheep, woods and hedges... Lucky you!

Maybe it's the dogs way of saying "take pictures of me you fool!"
Our corgi is the same way.
